[UWP] [IL2CPP] Release and Master project freezes during C++ compilation in Visual Studios
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download 1036374_repro.zip
2. Switch build platform to UWP
3. Change scripting backend to IL2CPP
4. Build project
5. Open Visual Studios solution
6. Build with x64 Release configuration
Expected results: Release and Master are successfully build
Actual results: Release and Master builds freezes
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0a3, 2018.2.0b10, 2018.1.6f1, 2017.4.6f1, 2017.1.4f1
