[UWP] Icons and Splash images are not set correctly in Package.appxmanifest
Reproducible on 5.2, 5.3;
Repro steps:
1. open project "IconsTilesSplashScreens.zip";
2. build to WSA Universal 10;
3. open generated solution and open Package.appxmanifest.
4. observe that "Visual Assets" tab has errors and some icons are not set.
