[UWP] Flickering when navigation bar appears on screen
To reproduce:
1. Build and run attached project
2. Wait util scene will finish loading
3. Swipe up to open Navigation bar
4. Notice flickering in upper left corner of the screen
Only reproducible on devices with virtual navigation bar.
Reproducible: 5.4.0b16, 5.3.4.p4, 5.3.3f1
No flickering on 5.5.0a1
