[UWP] First UnityWebRequest with HTTPS url fails with UnknownError code 0 on ARM platform
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project
2. Switch platform to UWP
3. Build project
4. Open VS studios and build project and launch on ARM device
Expected results:
Actual results:
Reproduced with: 2019.3.0a7, 2019.3.0b7, 2019.1.8f1, 2018.4.3f1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1
Note:
- Reproducible with Master, Release, Debug configuration
- Reproducible on .NET and IL2CPP backend
- Not reproducible with x64 and x86 platforms
- Not reproducible on Android
