[UWP] Editor's player settings are missing "Bluetooth" capability
In Visual Studio 2015, Package.appxmanifest capabilities list has "Bluetooth" option. In editor's player setting there is no such capability option. Editor should have "Bluetooth" option to maintain capabilities consistency.
