[UWP] Crossed Square appears in the blank screen before showing the splash screen
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Build for UWP
3. Open VS solution
4. Build & deploy on local machine
Actual result: Crossed Square appears on the blank screen before showing the splash screen (image attached)
Reproducible with: 2017.3.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2017.1.1f1, 2017.2.0b11, 2017.3.0a5
