[Editor] Crash when building a new project or opening Player Settings
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Switch platform to UWP or iOS
3. Build or try to open Player Settings
Actual result: crash in mono_class_array_element_size
Workaround: restart Editor
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0a6, 2018.1.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2017.3.0f1, 2018.1.0a5
