[UWP] Certificate can not be set in UWP Publishing Settings when it is protected with password
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("Cert.zip")
2. Open Publishing Settings (Project Settings->Player)
3. Select "selfSigned.pfx" certificate in the Assets folder
4. Enter the password "PASSWORD" in the input field
Expected result: Password is accepted and the certificate is set
Actual result: Errors are thrown in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.18f1, 2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0b2
Note:
- Wrong password does not throw any error in the Console window
