UWP build fails with IL2CPP scripting backend on 2018.3.0a1
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and install UWP support from Unity download assistant
2. Open attached or create a new project
3. File > build settings
4. Build
Actual result:
1. Build fails, check the console for errors
2. IL2CPP scripting backend is by default selected in under player settings
3. Build generates from .NET scripting backend
Occurring with:
2018.3.0a1
Working with:
