[UWP] BroadcastMessage does not find receiver method on .NET UWP player
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (BroadcastMessage Test.zip)
2. Open the Assets/Dummy.unity scene
3. Switch platform to Windows Store
4. Build for WSA Universal 10 SDK, Build type - D3D, Target device - All devices (Unity C# projects and Development build)
5. Deploy on local machine
6. Observe the error in the Development Console:
BroadcastMessage does not find receiver
Expected result: Unity should not show the error
Actual result: Unity shows the error
Reproduced with: 5.4.5p2, 5.5.3p3, 5.6.0p1, 5.6.0p4, 2017.1.0b4

In short, BroadcastMessage fails to find a method when it is defined in a generic MonoBehaviour class.
