Using MediaEncoder AddFrame slows the player down to 1-2 FPS
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open QA's attached project
2. Open scene "record"
3. Enter gamemode and observe profiler
Expected result: No major impact on performance while using AddFrame
Actual result: Performance majorly impacted several frames of using AddFrame
Reproduced with: 2017.3.0a3, 2017.3.0b8, 2018.1.0a4
Note: Not reproduced with 2017.3.0a2 and previous, because of missing UnityEditor.Media library
