Using HTTPS instead of HTTP causes the call never complete and timeout
To reproduce:
1. Open the QA's attached project
2. Play the scene
Expected result: Using HTTP works the same as using HTTPS
Actual result: HTTPS causes the call to never complete and eventually timeout
Reproduced with: 2018.2.0a5, 2018.2.0a9
Not reproduced with: 2017.4.1f1, 2018.1.0f1, 2018.2.0a4
