User is able to Save a Search without a Previous Search selected when 'in' Search Pills are introduced
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create or open any Project
# Navigate to Window > Search > New Window
# Double click any of the "Narrow your search" pills
# Observe that the Save button becomes available, then click it
# Delete the Search Pill and type any kind of text
# Observe that the Save button becomes available, then click it
*Actual results:* User can Save a Search as if it were a Search already saved for the User or Project, Error "ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: path" is logged in Console. After the Search Pill is deleted and text is entered, User can also try and Save the Search, which isn't possible if the User would have just started typing text in the Search field just as the Project was opened.
*Expected results:* User is not able to Save a Search without a Search Previously saved
*Reproducible with versions:* 2023.1.0a15, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.4f1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.27f1, 2023.1.0a14
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11, macOS Sonoma M1
