[Usability] Scale Mode is set to Constant Physical Size by default in Panel Settings Asset
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. In Project window create Create > UI Toolkit > Panel Settings Asset
3. Select the new created Panel Settings Asset
4. Observe the default setting for Scale Mode
Actual results:
Having Constant Physical Size as the default setting when creating a new Panel Settings Asset can be very confusing for the user why the UI is not aligning with the game view when creating any responsive app/game.
Expected results:
Scale With Screen Size in the default option when creating a new Panel Settings Asset
