[Usability] Dragging and dropping Subgraph block into incompatible contexts of VFX workspace should have a warning
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Install Visual Effects package (Window > Package Management > Package Manager)
3. Create Visual Effect Subgraph Block Asset and open it
4. Add any kind of Block to it
5. Create Visual Effect Graph Asset and open it
6. Drag and drop Visual Effect Subgraph Block Asset anywhere into VFX workspace
Actual results: Asset cannot be dropped into VFX workspace
Expected results: Asset cannot be dropped into VFX workspace and informative warning is thrown about dropping the block into compatible contexts
Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.52f1, 2022.3.63f1, 6000.0.52f1, 6000.1.9f1, 6000.2.0b7, 6000.3.0a1
Tested on (OS): macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4), Windows 11 Pro

Resolution Note:
When drag and dropping blocks, the cursor icon when hovering on incompatible contexts already gives a clear visual feedback that the operation is invalid and cannot be done.
