[URP][XR] Game View goes black on pressing play when Mock HMD is set to Single Pass Instanced
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Enter Play Mode
Actual: Game Window is completely black
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a14, 2020.1.5f1, 2020.2.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0a13
Notes:
- Doesn't repro with Multi Pass
- 2020.1.0a13 and down instead of the whole Game Window not rendering, only one eye is black while other renders the view
