[URP][Comp] The grid in Scene view and SSAO effects ignore and are always drawn after GameObjects, when they are rendered using the Render Objects feature
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “RenderBug.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: the “Cylinder” and “Cube” GameObjects block the grid and SSAO effects from being visible behind them
Actual result: The grid lines and SSAO are visible behind the “Cylinder” and “Cube” GameObjects
Reproducible in: 2021.3.41f1, 2022.3.40f1, 6000.0.13f1
Reproducible on: macOS 14.5 (by reporter), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
