[URP] "The currently selected Renderer is missing" warning when opening RendererFeatures sample scenes
Reproduction steps:
1. Create new URP Template project
2. In Package Manager window, select "Universal RP" package and import its "Teaching Samples"
3. Open scene "AmbientOcclusion"
4. In Hierarchy window, select "Main Camera" GameObject
5. Observe Inspector window
6. Observe Console window
Expected result: No errors or warnings
Actual result:
1. "The currently selected Renderer is missing from the Universal Render Pipeline asset." warning in Camera Component.
2. "Renderer at index 1 is missing, falling back to Default Renderer UniversalRenderPipelineAsset_Renderer" warning and "IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array." error in Console
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a6)
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.18f1 (URP Teaching Samples unavailable)
This issue reproduces with the following sample scenes:
1. AmbientOcclusion
2. GlitchEffect
3. OcclusionEffect
