URP Template opens up with Renderer upgrade warnings when creating a new project
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new URP project
2. Observe Console
Expected result: No errors or warnings
Actual result:
These warnings are produced:
"Upgraded renderer UniversalRenderer at Assets/Settings/UniversalRenderer.asset.
You should only see this if you are upgrading from 2021.2 Alpha/Beta cycle."
"URP Renderer(s) have been upgraded, please remember to save your project to write the upgrade to disk."
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a13 (URP 13.1.0), 2022.1.0b4 (URP 13.1.4)
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0a12 (URP 13.0.0), 2022.2.0a2
