[URP]SpeedTree Shaders makes shadows become fully black when switching to URP SpeedTree Shaders
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project "WaterShaderExample.zip"
2. Open "WaterTest" scene
3. Notice that the trees have dark almost full black shadows
Expected results: URP shaders do not make the materials darker then it should be
Actual results: URP Shaders makes the Materials darker then they should be
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a1(7.0.1), 2019.3.0b3(7.0.1), 2020.1.0a5(7.1.1)
Not Reproducible with: 2018.4.8f1(4.10.0), 2019.1.14f1(5.7.2), 2019.3.0a1(6.7.1)
Notes: SpeedTree is an Assets from the Asset store. The bug does not reproduce on LWRP, the LWRP Shaders makes the Materials become invisible
