[URP] Smoothness value of Material changes from 0 to 0.5 when upgrading the Material to URP
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "case_1370665" project
2. Select the URP Asset in the "Edit -> Project Settings -> Graphics -> SRP Settings"
3. Reimport the "Assets -> Models -> Stone" Prefab in the Project Browser
4. Observe the Material of "Stone -> Stone_1" Prefab in the Inspector
Expected result: The Smoothness property value remained 0
Actual result: The Smoothness property value is changed to 0.5
Reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.32f1), 10.7.0 (2020.3.22f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.28f1), 12.1.0 (2021.2.1f1), 13.1.0 (2022.1.0a13)
Note: Not reproducible with HDRP
