[URP] Shadows disappear instantly instead of fading out when using the Deferred Rendering Path
How to Reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "URP12_Bugs" project
2. Open the "Bug" Scene
3. In the Game view focus on the Cube and start zooming out
Expected results: The shadow on the Plane starts to fade out
Actual results: Instead of fading out the Shadow instantly disappears
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b4, 2022.1.0a2)
Could not test with: 11.0.0 (2021.1.15f1) and earlier because URP did not have Deferred Rendering Path
