Exposure handler disappeared on dragging to its max value in Skybox/6 Sided Shader
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project in URP Template
2. Create a new Material
3. Assign in New Material > Inspector > Shader > Skybox > 6 Sided
4. Drag Exposure handler to its max value(to the extreme right side)
Expected Result: Max Value is set to 8
Actual Result: handler disappears and max value is set to 8.000001
Reproducible on: 2020.2.0a11, 2020.1.0b9, 2019.3.14f1 (with 9.0.0, 8.1.0,7.1.8)
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.14
