[URP] [ReflectionProbe] Box Projection is not working
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project "Reflection Probe Report.zip"
2. Open "SampleScene"
3. Find the "Mirror" GameObject in the Scene
4. Drag it across Y-axis
5. Notice that Reflection is not changing its size in the mirror
Expected results: Reflection on the Objects with Reflective materials change size according to the distance from the Objects
Actual results: Reflections do not change size according to the distance between the Object with Reflective Material
Reproducible with: 2018.4.0f1(4.10.0), 2018.4.9f1(4.10.0), 2019.2.3f1(6.9.0), 2019.3.0b2(7.0.1), 2020.1.0a3(7.0.1)

There is now a checkbox for box projecting after updating, but it still doesn't work?

There's a pull request pending for this feature (+probe blending), so I suspect it'll land in URP 12/2021.2
