[URP] Prefab Asset preview Material is not rendered
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "AssetPreview.zip" project
2. Open Prefabs folder
3. Observe the Prefab Asset preview icon
Expected result: Prefab Asset preview material is rendered properly
Actual result: Prefab Asset preview material is pink
Reproducible with: 7.5.1 - 8.2.0(2019.4.13f1, 2020.1.12f1, 2020.2.0a17)
Not reproducible with: 8.2.0 - 10.1.0(2020.2.0a18, 2020.2.0b10, 2021.1.0a3)
Could not test with: 2018.4.28f1(URP is not supported)
Note: Is not reproducible after resetting Prefab Asset
