[URP] Material's name does not match Universal Render Pipeline/Particles/Unlit shader's name
How to reproduce;
1. Create a new URP project
2. Create Particle System
3. Select 'Particle System' GameObejct in the Hierarchy
4. Observe Particle System shader's and material's name
Expected result: Material's name match Universal Render Pipeline/Particles/Unlit shader's name
Actual result: Material's name is 'ParticlesLit' while shader is Universal Render Pipeline/Particles/Unlit
Reproducible with: 2018.4.16f1, 2019.2.20f1, 2019.3.0f6, 2020.1.0a22
Could not test with: 2017.4.36f1 URP is not introduced
