URP Material Upgrade utility does not enable Alpha Clipping when material had Rendering Mode set to Cutout
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-96021_Alpha Cutout Material URP Upgrade Bug“ project
2. Go to Window > Rendering > Render Pipeline Converter
3. Check “Material Upgrade” and click “Initialize and Convert”
4. Observe Materials > Material-Body.mat “Alpha Clipping” setting
Expected result: “Alpha Clipping” is enabled
Actual result: Alpha Clipping” is not enabled
Reproducible with: 2021.3.49f1, 2022.3.59f1, 6000.0.41f1, 6000.1.0b9, 6000.2.0a6
Reproducible on: macOS 15.3.1 (M1 Max), Windows 11 (by user)
Not reproducible on: no other environments tested
Note: In HDRP project, converting Materials using HDRP Wizard, the Alpha Clipping is enabled by default
