[URP][MacOS] Getting Light artifacts in a Scene view with multiple Reflection Probes when iOS Platform is selected in the Build Settings
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached Unity project "iOSFlickeringIssue.zip"
2. Go to File > Build Settings and select iOS Platform
3. In the Scene view use a mouse wheel to zoom in, zoom out or right-click the mouse and move around
4. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: The Scene view does not flicker
Actual result: The Scene view starts flickering
Reproducible with: 10.10.0 (2020.3.38f1)
Not reproducible with: 12.1.7 (2021.3.8f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.12f1), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b4), 15.0.0 (2023.1.0a5)
Notes:
- Issue is not reproducible when Mac Standalone or Android is selected in the Build Settings
- Reproduced on macOS Monterey 12.3.1 (Apple M1 Max)
