[URP][Linux] Built-In to URP Render Pipeline Converter Material Upgrade Fails with "There's no upgrader to convert" errors
How to reproduce:
1. Open new 3D Unity Project
2. In Package Manager window, install "Universal RP" package
3. In Render Pipeline Converter window, Initialize Converters
4. In Render Pipeline Converter window, disable "Render Settings" Conversion and Convert Assets
5. Observe errors on Material Upgrade
Expected result: The conversion succeeds with no errors
Actual result: The conversion fails with "... material was not upgraded. There's no upgrader to convert ..." errors
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.1.0b9, 2022.1.0a6)
Could not test with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.18f1, 2021.2.0a21 (Render Pipeline Converter not implemented)

Latest issues
- Crash on ExtractHandles when shutting down the Editor in a specific scene while Burst jobs are in progress
- Unity Hub closes with no "Project is currently open" window when selecting an already open project from the Projects list
- The Hub freezes indefinitely when copy/pasting a lot of characters in the “Set project display name” Hub window since it has no character limit
- Inconsistent “Favorites” icon highlight in Unity Hub
- "Could not connect project. Try again" Hub error is not informative/does not inform the user with the reason why it failed when connecting a project to cloud with a name that's too long
Resolution Note:
Those materials can not be upgraded since they are already compatible with URP. But we do not have the functionality (yet) to know if a shader is compatible with an SRP. So for now this is expected.
