[URP] Image on the secondary display with a different resolution is stretched when project is using URP/LWRP
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1205574"
2. Build and run the project
3. Observe the Game windows on both screens
Expected result: The rendered picture has the same proportions on both screens, one of them being in lower resolution
Actual result: The rendered picture on the lower resolution display is stretched
Reproducible with: 2019.2.20f1, 2019.3.0f6, 2020.1.0a21
Could not test with: 2017.4.36f1, 2018.4.16f1
Tested package versions: 6.9.2, 7.1.8, 8.0.0
Notes:
1. Graphics APIs tested: D3D11, D3D12, Vulkan, Metal, OpenGL 4.1(OpenGL does not stretch the Image but there is an offset, check attached the screenshots)
2. Does not reproduce on legacy render pipeline. Delete the URP asset files from the project and build again - both displays will function as expected
3. Does not reproduce with HDRP
