[URP] Graphical artifacts appears on Selecting "Freefrom Light 2D
On selecting "Freefrom Light 2D" graphical artifacts appears, and the "Freefrom Light 2D" list visible when 2D Renderer applied in Renderer List, Refer attached screenshot
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new Project with URP template
2. Hierarchy > Right-Click > Light > Freefrom Light 2D > Mouse over
Actual Result:
Graphical artifacts appears on Selecting "Freefrom Light 2D"
Expected Result:
"Freeform Light 2D" list open gracefully
Reproducible on: 2021.2.0a1 with Package version 11.0.0
Note: "Freeform Light 2D" has been introduced in 2021.2.0a1
Environment: Windows 10, Mac 10.16, and Linux
