URP freeform lights glitch when Light points are close to one another
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “My project”
2. Open the “SampleScene” scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the generated lights
Expected result: Two lights are rendered correctly
Actual result: The lights are glitching and have some sharp edges
Reproducible with: 2022.2.14f1, 2022.3.5f1, 2023.1.0b7, 2023.1.4f1, 2023.2.0b1
Not reproducible: 2022.2.13f1, 2023.1.0b6
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.28f1 (The project breaks)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Note: The lights are glitching every time differently and also glitch on escaping the Play Mode
