[URP] "Empty" meshes rendered on top of the Scene view using an incorrect matrix
Steps to reproduce:
- Open the attached project
- Open Scenes/SampleScene.unity
- Observe the issue (it is also visible in the attached video)
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a16, 2022.2.0a18 (URP 14.0.3)
Not reproducible with: 2022.2.0a15
