URP depth buffer is flipped on the Y-axis and disconnected from the GameObject when in the Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project “IN_18630.zip”
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Volume and Light gizmos in the Game view
Expected result: depth buffers are not flipped on the Y axis and they are attached to GameObjects
Actual result: depth buffers are flipped on the Y axis and disconnected from GameObjects
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0b3, 2022.2.0b10, 2023.1.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.20f1, 2022.2.0b2
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro
