[URP] Decals are not visible in Game view after modifying URP asset properties
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "case_1353141.zip" project and Scenes/Test scene
2. In the Game view, observe the white Decal
3. In the Project browser, select Settings/Deferred asset
4. In the Inspector, re-enable Native RenderPass (or any other property)
5. Observe the Game view again
Expected result: white Decal is displayed
Actual result: white Decal is not displayed
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b7, 2022.1.0a5)
Could not test with: 2019.4, 2020.3, 2021.1 (Decal Projector is not available)
Note:
1. The issue is reproducible in Editor and build
2. In the Editor, Decals are displayed again after re-opening the Game view or switching to Scene view and back
3. In the Editor, issue is not reproducible when Scene view and Game view windows are both visible at the same time

Fixed in 2022.1.0b1??
I'm still having the issue in 2021.LTSI thought all fixed got backported to LTS, or is that no longer the case?
That doesn't really count as "fixed" in my book.
