"URP Decal Projector" scale is different from the original when it's duplicated
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Decal test 2.zip"
2. Select "Decal Projector" in the Hierarchy window
3. Change "Width" and "Height" in the Inspector window to "1"
4. Duplicate the "Decal Projector" GameObject
Expected results: "Width" and "Height" of the duplicated URP Decal Projector are 1
Actual results: "Width" and "Height" of the duplicated URP Decal Projector are 2
Reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.13f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0b18, 2023.3.0a14
Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
