[URP] Character's sprite repeats in the Build when using Pixel Perfect Camera and 2D Renderer
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "CinemachinePixelPerfectTest.zip" project
2. Go to File -> Build And Run
3. Use the arrow keys to move the character in the Build
4. Observe the character in the Build
Expected result: Character moves normally and the sprite is not repeating in the Build
Actual result: The character sprite repeats in the Build
Reproducible with: 10.0.0-preview.26 (2020.2.0b5), 10.2.2 (2020.2.1f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.0b1)
Not reproducible with: 7.5.2 (2019.4.17f1), 8.3.1 (2020.1.17f1), 9.0.0-preview.72 (2020.2.0b5)
Note:
- The issue is not reproducible in the Editor

"Fix In Review for 12.x " does this mean that it won't be fixed for a long time? when will version 12.0 be released?
