[URP] Built-in variable _WorldSpaceCameraPos is linked to Scene view virtual camera on Shadow Caster pass
How to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project files
2. Import the "Shadow Caster Bug Repro" files to the "Bug Repro" project
3. Open the "Scene" scene
4. Navigate around the "Scene" view
5. Observe the "Game" view window
Expected result: The circular shadow does not move
Actual result: The circular shadow moves
Reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1 (10.10.1), 2021.3.20f1 (12.1.10), 2022.2.10f1 (14.0.6), 2023.1.0b7 (15.0.4), 2023.2.0a5 (16.0.0)

Fixed by another internal issue: UUM-9825: Weird shadows in Play Mode and on builds when using Shader Graphs's Camera node position attribute
