[URP] Builds leak memory at a 0.1 Mb/sec rate
Reproduction steps:
- Create a new project using the URP 3D Sample Scene
- Press File → Build And Run
- Observe the Task Manager
Expected result: build does not leak memory
Actual result: build leaks memory at a 0.1 MB/sec rate
Reproducible with: 13.1.8 (2022.2.0a1), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b5), 15.0.0 (2023.1.0a6)
Not reproducible with: 10.10.0 (2020.3.38f1), 12.1.7 (2021.3.8f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.13f1)
Reproduced on: Windows 10
Note: the bug is probably contained in the editor rather than in the URP package. Is not reproducible with HDRP. Also, the CPU usage is slightly increased with this regression, about 1-1.5 % in all versions until 2022.1.13f1, and about 10-12 % in regressed versions
