[URP] Bokeh Depth of Field is applied incorrectly when the Main Camera has an Overlay Camera in the Camera Stack
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "DOFInconsistency.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Observe the Depth of Field in Game view
Expected result: "Workbench" GameObjects are not blurred out, while the rest is blurred out
Actual result: Every GameObject except the "Safety Helmet" (which is in the Overlay Layer as the Overlay Camera) is blurred out
Reproducible with: 10.0.0-preview.26 (2020.2.0a20), 10.2.2 (2020.2.1f1)
Not reproducible with: 7.5.2 (2019.4.17f1), 8.3.1 (2020.1.17f1), 9.0.0-preview.72 (2020.2.0a20)
Could not test with: 11.1.0 (2021.1.0b1) - Depth of Field is not functional at all
