Blend Style panel is translucent and appears to be of different colours
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new 2D project
2. Import URP Package
3. Open the attached package and load the scene
4. Light > Inspector > Colour> Change it to some other colour
5. Click on Blend Style
Expected Result: Blend style panel opens up and appears to be of the regular colour
Observed Result: Blend style panel opens up and appears to be of the same colour as selected in colours parameter
Reproducible In: 2020.2.0a20, 2020.1.01f1, 2019.3.0f1
Environment: Occurs on Win and Mac
