URP Asset Preview Icons disappear when adding an Item to the Renderer List in a Universal Render Pipeline Asset until Project Browser is repainted

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new Universal RP Project
  2. Wait for the Search Asset Index Background Task to finish
  3. In the Settings folder in the Project Browser select "PC_RPAsset"
  4. In the Inspector click the "+" button under the Renderer List and do not move your cursor
  5. Observe the Project Browser
  6. Move your cursor into the Project Browser

Actual results: URP Asset Preview Icons disappear until the Project Browser is repainted

Expected results: If updates are happening to the Icons, they are repainted immediately

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a4, 6000.5.0a5

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.66f1, 6000.2.15f1, 6000.3.5f1, 6000.4.0b5, 6000.5.0a3
