[URP] [Android] Visual glitches (black lines) are shown on Google Pixel 2 when setting low screen resolution
How to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project "1379049.zip"
2. Build And Run on Android device
3. When the app loads, press on "Load Scene 1" button
Expected result: No black artifacts can be seen on the screen
Actual result: Black artifact line is on the screen
Reproducible with: 12.1.1 (2021.2.2f1), 12.0.0 (2022.1.0a6), 13.1.0 (2022.1.0a15)
Not reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.32f1), 10.7.0 (2020.3.22f1), 12.0.0 (2022.1.0a5)
