[XR][URP] Estimated shader variants number is inaccurate when compiling
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Switch build target to Android
3. Compile 004_TextureArrayGraph
4. Observe the progress bar
Actual: In the progress bar which shows the "current out of total" message eventually the current number becomes significantly larger than the total
Reproducible with: 2020.3.4f1 URP 10.4.0, 2021.1.5f1 URP 11.0.0, 2021.2.0a14 URP 12.0.0
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.24f1 URP 7.3.1
Notes:
- Doesn't reproduce on MacStandalone and iOS
- Reproduces on Android with XR
