[URP] Alpha tested parallax mapping is corrupted in the Scene view when Depth Priming is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "URP12_Bugs.zip" project
2. Move around with the mouse in the Scene view
3. Observe the leaves in the Scene view
Expected result: Leaves have no black seams
Actual result: Leaves have black seams
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b5, 2022.1.0a3), 12.1.7 (2021.3.6f1), 13.1.7 (2022.1.0b16)
Not reproducible with: 13.1.8 (2022.1.9f1), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b1), 15.0.0 (2023.1.0a3)
Could not test with: 11.0.0 and below (Depth Priming property not supported)
