UriFormatException: Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed when loading content from the AddressableAssets system
Steps:
1. Open user's attached project ("bristol.zip")
2. Open scene "Template_Level"
3. Enter Play mode
Expected: no error is shown.
Actual: UriFormatException: Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed when loading content error is shown.
Reproduced with: 2018.2.14f1, 2018.3.0b6, 2019.1.0a6.
Not reproduced with: 2017.4.14f1 (due to errors in the Console).
