Upon entering Play mode, Toggle group doesn't force there to be only one toggle on
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (ToggleBugs.zip)
2. Open the "test" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe that toggle group on the left has all the toggles on and the middle has none on
Expected: toggle group forces only one toggle to be on upon entering Play mode
