Upgrading a project to Unity 5 doesn't reserialize scenes
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project.
2. Check scene's "Main" size, should be around 3MB.
3. Open scene and save it.
4. Scene's size ~200 KB.
Expected - reserialize on upgrade.
