Unused Separation Line is present in Scene View options Prefab dropdown Menu
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create any Project
# Select any GameObject in the Hierarchy
# Right click in Scene View
# Hover over the "Prefab" section and observe the dropdown menu that appears
*Actual results:* A separation line is present above the 2 options available
*Expected results:* No separation line is present
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.9f1, 6000.0.10f1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.37f1, 6000.0.8f1
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11
