[Mesh] Unity crash when loading a large serialized mesh (180 million vertices)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Import the Mesh from the google drive link (the mesh contains 180 million vertices)
Expected results: The mesh is imported
Actual results: Unity crash
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a16, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.6f1
Unable to reproduce with: 2018.4.32f, 2019.4.22f1, 2020.1.0a15
Note: If the project which crashed was reopened it will crash in the affected versions with a different stack trace
